Welcome to Cerebration of Kat - a celebration of neurodivergent thought

Lockdown seems to be the perfect opportunity to completely revamp my website, particularly due to some exciting news I’ve received about my involvement in the autistic community in Wales, which I’m hoping to officially announce soon.

My site contains a blend of everything I do in both a personal and professional capacity. From advocacy to creative writing, it’s all here. For more information, please check out ‘About Me’ and my talks section.

Please bear with me while I get everything populated, and in the not too distant future I’ll be sharing my great news with you…

The Autistic community has a high representation of trans and non binary people, most of whom are disappointed, distressed and anxious following the UK Government's failure in its commitment to formally respond to the Gender Recognition Act consultation. 1/

The Education Minister - Kirsty Williams - has announced today that schools in Wales will reopen for all pupils in September.

On 16/06 we wrote to Kirsty Williams re: the lack of clarity in #Welsh Gvt COVID-19 education policies for children with ALN/D. Her response has prompted us to create a 3 question survey for parent/carers in #Wales who have a #statemented child: https://t.co/e8Lzl9IvOz #education

Just been crying over my ankle. It's the second ankle injury (was the other one last time) since I started running in April. This time is worse. No reduction in swelling, starting to bruise, clunks, hurts when it clunks, feels weird too. 1/
